I cannot speak more highly of them for all your catering needs. From the moment I emailed them to the execution, everything was 10/10 stars. We had my husbands 50th birthday at our rental in Isla. The taco bar, margaritas, and customer service were all great. Would definitely use them again and cannot wait to check out Javi’s restaurant when we make our return to the island.

Javi made the experience extremely special for my wife’s birthday! The food was amazing, all the servers and bartenders were great! I always recommend eating here as they always put that special love into the experience!

really don’t know where to start. A random Google search lead me to their site. The initial supper from Nikki let me know that this was a serious company and that we were in good hands. We contracted two days for personal chef (breakfast, snack and dinner each day). Ambar and Sara provided extraordinary service for breakfast on day 1. 5 star dining and service does not even cover it. Willi dropped our snacks off on time and the team was back to prepare the most amazing black grouper dinner. We join them in restaurant at Javis one evening for the most amazing and informative tequila tasting. I am a tequila drinker and after this experience, I know now that I am a tequila connoisseur. The team returned the day before and once again delivered extraordinary breakfast service, amazing Yucatán snacks, and the most tantalizing skirt steak and shrimp dinner. We felt so well taken care of, and we’re truly able to relax and enjoy our time with friends. Thanks Javi, Marla, Ambar, Sara, Willi, and Nikki! My husband and I took the tequila tasting course with Javi last year and loved it so much that we decided to do the tequila and mezcal class this year. We then followed it up with the Chef’s Table for dinner. This was THE HIGHLIGHT of our trip. There are only a few people in for the Chef’s Table, and Javi would explain the dishes, give a little history and then he and his Dad would play while we ate. Javi was able to create the dishes for both meat and non-meat eaters. Do yourself a favor and book the tequila class and the Chef’s Table immediately. It was delicious and such a memorable experience. Life is about making memories, you don’t want to miss this one!
