Javi is a fabulous chef. Javi is an extremely talented musician. More importantly, he blended it all in the most personal way. His energy and excitement made for the most memorable experience. Find any way possible to add this to you Isla Mujeres experience!

Javis team was amazing! The food was fantastic and the service on point! We did 2 breakfast meals and Bloody Mary bar during our stay. Still drooling thinking about the meals! They also have us tips on how they eat certain foods, which we loved! Thank you!

We had the BEST night with Javi and his team! Everything, from booking to execution, was handled efficiently and professionally. Delicious huge portions were provided and Javi is a hoot singing to us (and with us) during dessert time! Simply the best!! Highly recommend!

Javi and his crew were amazing! Everything from appetizers to dessert was delicious!! He and his crew were professional and very fun. 10 of of 10 would recommend and we will be using him again when we return. We loved how friendly and fun they were with no prep or clean up on our part but we still got an amazing dinner!
